Having worked in public and private schools, Frances has learned a thing or two about school culture and systems. Achieving synergy is her mission – when all stakeholders have trust, everyone shares a passion around the mission, the learning is engaging, and different stakeholders within the school collaborate, work through disagreement, and feel valued.
